How to Prepare for contacting epass office?
You can contact the epass office with application print out and related certificates regarding the issue, bank passbook if you want to update bank account details.
- application print is necessary In case of Application rejected: Keep all Education certificates, and cast, income bonafide other etc.
- Bank account update: Keep your original and Xerox copy of bank account passbook front page and application number.
- Case 3: SSC /10th Details Not found or matched: Your original SSC and Xerox along with your application status printout.
Updating bank account details and SSC details update can be done with fewer efforts. But In case of rejected applications you have to contact field officer, Biometric verification will be done at your college only.
